论我国社区矫正的模式选择

摘要
我国的社区矫正的发起模式主要是国家机关主导模式，但在实践层面的运作模式上并非是单一、完全吸收其他地区性的；构建我国本土化的社区矫正机构模式，需要正确看待社区矫正试点与我国现行法律框架的冲突问题，在此基础上应允许各地因地制宜，大胆实践。
Abstract
The launching of the Community Correction model is mainly driven of state organs, but in practice the mode of operation is not single and completely absorbed the others ;to construct local community correction agency needs to look at the conflict in the exist- ing legal framework country, and work out on the basis of local conditions.
