摘要
本文从分析图书馆职业价值的内涵、构成及特征入手，结合新时期图书馆职业的现状，就提升图书馆职业价值的有效途径作了探讨。
Abstract
Occupational value is the basis for the existence of the occupation. This paper analyses the connotation, structure and characteristics of the library occupational value, and also combines with the analysis of its realistic situation, and puts forward some improving approaches for the library occupational value.
