In order to identify the leaf spot pathogen of oat and filtrate the control agents of the pathogen,we i-dentified the pathogen of oat leaf spot in Dalong Village,Datong County,Xining City,Qinghai Province based on morphological characteristics and rDNA-ITS sequence analysis. Then, the effects of different carbon and nitrogen sources on mycelia growth of pathogens were determined.Furthermore, the inhibition effects of 8 fungicides on the fungi pathogens were also determined using the mycelial growth rate method. The results showed that 43 isolates from leaf spot were all the Drechslera avenae.Comparing the effects of 7 carbon sources and 8 nitrogen sources on mycelia growth found that fructose and yeast extract had the best acceleration.Laboratory filtrating test demonstra-ted that pyrazolesterin and fludioxonil both had a good inhibitory effect on D.avenaeand the EC50 values were 0.894 mg·L-1 and 3.656 mg·L-1,respectively.However,the inhibition effects of difenoconazole, tebuconazole and metiram were poor.Concretely, the EC50values ranged from 9.145 to 3.656 mg·L-1.The results would pro-vide a scientific basis for controlling oat leaf spot in the process of production.
