摘要

围栏封育被认为是一种快速、有效地恢复草地植物多样性和生产力的措施.本研究以黄帚橐吾型退化草地为研究对象,采用野外调查与室内分析的方法,分析围封3 年对草地群落物种重要值、植被多样性以及植物地上、地下生物量的影响,旨在为黄帚橐吾型退化草地的治理恢复提供科学理论依据.结果表明,短期围封可提高禾本科牧草的重要值,围封后黄帚橐吾重要值明显下降,除丰富度指数显著降低外(P<0.05),其余指数变化不显著;短期围封可显著降低黄帚橐吾的地上生物量和种群密度,提高草地生产力,其中,禾本科和莎草科地上生物量明显提高(P<0.05),0~10 cm 土层的草地地下生物量明显降低.

Abstract

Fencing is considered to be a rapid and effective measure for degraded-grassland plant diversity and biomass restoration.To provide a theoretical basis for the L.virgaurea-dominate degraded grassland restoration,field investigation and lab analysis methods were used to analyze the effects of enclosure for 3 years on the impor-tance value of plant species,vegetation diversity and aboveground and belowground biomass of the grassland com-munity of L.virgaurea-dominate degraded grassland.The results showed that the short-term enclosure could in-crease the important value of Gramineae,and the importance value of L.virgaurea decreased significantly.Except the richness index decreased significantly(P<0.05),the other indexes did not change significantly.Enclosure could significantly reduce the aboveground biomass and population density of L.virgaurea,and improve the grass-land productivity,the aboveground biomass of Gramineae and Cyperaceae were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the belowground biomass of them in 0~10 cm soil layer decreased significantly.
