不同灭鼠饵剂对青海田鼠的防治效果评价

本研究选择"新贝奥"、C型肉毒梭菌颗粒剂和C型肉毒梭菌水剂3 种灭鼠剂,对果洛藏族自治州玛沁县高寒草甸栖息的青海田鼠进行防控实验,观察不同类型灭鼠饵剂及其剂量对青海田鼠的防治效果.结果表明,饵剂投放7d和10d后,C型肉毒梭菌颗粒剂的防效分别为71.02%和76.41%,显著优于"新贝奥"和C型肉毒梭菌水剂;饵剂投放第15 d,C型肉毒梭菌水剂的防效为 87.78%,显著优于其他两种饵剂;在投饵 4 个月后,"新贝奥"饵剂的防效显著大于其余两种灭鼠饵剂.C型肉毒梭菌颗粒剂在短期内对青海田鼠的控制作用相对较好.
Evaluation of the Effect of Different Rodenticides on the Control of Qinghai Voles(Lasiopodomys Fuscus)
In order to understand the control effects of"Xinbeo",Botulin type-C granules and Botulin type-C water agent on Qinghai voles,a field experiment was conducted in the alpine meadow of Maqin County,Guoluo Prefecture.The results showed that the control effect of Botulin type-C granules was 71.02%and 76.41%,re-spectively after 7 days and 10 days,which was significantly better than that of"Xinbeo"and Botulin type-C water agents;On the 15th day,the control effect of Botulin type-C water agent was 87.78%,which was significantly better than that of the other two rodenticides;and after 4 months,the control effect of"Xinbeo"was significantly higher than that of the other two rodenticides.
