化学试剂处理对寒生羊茅和毛稃羊茅种子发芽的影响

环湖寒生羊茅和环湖毛稃羊茅是适宜青藏高原地区种植的优良牧草新品种,但在推广种植过程中存在发芽缓慢、发芽率低和出苗不整齐的现象.本研究以两种羊茅种子为实验材料,采用培养皿纸上发芽法研究不同化学试剂(10%NaOH、2%KNO3、0.5%KMnO4)对羊茅种子发芽的影响.通过对发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、胚根长及种苗长等指标进行测定分析.结果表明:1.10%NaOH浸种处理对两种羊茅的发芽有显著的抑制作用;2.0.5%KMnO4浸种对于两种羊茅种子发芽有促进作用;3.2%KNO3浸种对两种羊茅种子的发芽指标和形态特征都具有显著的促进作用,用隶属值综合评价的效果最好.
Effect of Chemical Reagent Treatment on Seed Germination of F.kryloviana and F.kirilowii
Festuca kryloviana and Festuca kirilowiiare new varieties of fine forage suitable for planting in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,and there are slow germination,low germination rate and irregular seedling emergence in the process of popularization and planting.Two kinds of fescue seeds were used as experimental materialsto study the effects of different chemical reagents(10%NaOH,2%KNO3,0.5%KMnO4)on the germination by using the method of germination on petri dish paper.The germination rate,germination potential,germination index,vitality index,radicle length and seedling length were measured and analyzed.The results showed that:1.10%NaOH soaking has a significant inhibitory effect on the germination of the two fescue species.2.0.5%KMnO4 soaking could promote the germination of two fescue seeds;3.2%KNO3 soaking had a significant effect on the germination index and morphological characteristics of the two fescue seeds,and the comprehensive evaluation with membership value was the best.
