摘要

分析青海省杂多县鼠疫菌病原及流行病学特征,为该地区的鼠疫防控监测工作提供科学依据.对1964-1989年青海省杂多县不同宿主体内分离的21株鼠疫菌进行生化糖醇类试验、毒力因子(荚膜抗原(F1+)、毒力抗原因子(VW+)、色素沉着因子(Pgm+)、鼠疫杆菌素Ⅰ(Pst1+)检测、质粒及菌株差异区段(Different region,DFR)分型等研究.结果发现:21株菌株均为青藏高原型,90.48%的鼠疫菌4个毒力因子俱全;所有菌株均携带分子质量为6 × 106、45 × 106和65 × 106的质粒;DFR分型结果显示,5型占90.48%,32型占4.76%,1b型占4.76%.青海省杂多县鼠疫菌具备青藏高原鼠疫病原体特性,该地区鼠疫菌毒力强,应加强鼠疫监测和宣传力度,防止鼠疫波及影响加剧.

Abstract

To analyze the etiological characteristics and epidemiological significance of yersinia pestis in Zaduo County,Qinghai Province,and to provide scientific basis for plague prevention and control surveillance in this are-a.Biochemical glycoalcohol test,virulence factor(F1+),virulence factor(VW+),pigmentation factor(Pgm+),yersinia pestis 1(Pet1+),plasmid and bacterial difference region(different)were performed in 21 strains of Yersinia pestis isolated from different Jukings in Qinghai Province from 1964 to 1989 Region-dpr)classification and other re-search.Results All the 21 strains were Tibetan plateau type,90.48%of yersinia pestis had all the four virulence factors,and all the strains carried plasmid with molecular weight of 6 × 106,45 × 106.65 × 106.DFR typing results showed that type 5 accounted for 90.48%,type 32 accounted for 4.76%and type 1b accounted for 4.76%.The Yersinia pestis in Zaduo County of Qinghai Province has the characteristics of plague pathogen in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,and the Yersinia pestis has strong virulence.The plague surveillance and publicity should be strengthened in this area to prevent the plague from spreading to human.
