In this experiment,40 Guide Black Fur rams with good growth and development were selected.Se-men of 36 rams was successfully collected by electroejaculation method,and their semen quality was evaluated and analyzed.Among them,the semen quality of 7 rams did not meet the standard.The average ejaculation volume of the remaining 29 rams was 1.3 mL,the sperm density was 1.68 × 109/mL,and the sperm motility of fresh semen was above 65％,which conformed to the standard of"DB63/T 1436-2015 Technical Regulations for Cryopre-served Semen of Tibetan Sheep in Tubules".After filling and freezing,the sperm motility after thawing was above 35％.
