90 cases of mastitis were treated by integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Among them,73 cases were cured,the cure rate was 81.1％,12 cases were improved,the total effective rate was 94.4％.The method of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine has a good therapeutic effect on mastitis of dairy cows.
