Numerical simulation research on gas-solid flow characteristics of cyclone separator
In order to explore the flow field characteristics and separation characteristics of cyclone separator,based on the theory of gas-solid two-phase flow,the structural model of cyclone separator is established.The flow field of cyclone separator is simulated by CFD numerical simulation software.The distribution of gas phase velocity field and pressure field is studied,and the influence of various parameters on separation performance is investigated.The separation efficiency of the separator reaches the optimal value when the length of the cylindrical section is 430 mm,the length of the lower cone section is 790 mm,the insertion depth of the overflow pipe is 140 mm,and the diameter of the overflow port is 80 mm.The relationship between separation effi-ciency and parameters is derived by linear regression and multiple stepwise regression,which has important reference value for the improvement of separa-tor structure.
