改性含钛高炉渣抗菌性能测定

国内含钛高炉渣存量巨大且附加值高,为使含钛高炉渣得到综合利用,针对含钛高炉渣中钛组分含量大的特点,以含钛高炉渣为原料,利用XRF、XRD、SEM等分析方法确定了改性含钛高炉渣的成分,肯定了其作为抗菌材料的可行性.用牛津杯法、打孔法、贴片法分别测定了改性含钛高炉渣对大肠埃希氏菌(ATCC25922)的抗菌性能.结果表明,改性含钛高炉渣具有抗菌性,固相合成法V2O5掺杂比例为15%对大肠埃希氏菌(ATCC25922)的抗菌效果最明显.
Determination of antibacterial properties of modified titanium-containing blast furnace slag
There is a huge stock of titanium-containing blast furnace slag in China with high added value.In order to achieve comprehensive utilization of titanium-containing blast furnace slag,in response to the high titanium component content in titanium-containing blast furnace slag,with the modi-fied titanium-containing blast furnace slag used as raw material,the composition of modified titanium-containing blast furnace slag is determined through XRF,XRD,SEM and other analysis methods,and its feasibility as an antibacterial material is confirmed.The antibacterial property of modified titanium-containing blast furnace slag against Escherichia coli(ATCC25922)is separately measured with the oxford cup method,drilling method and patch method.The results show that the modified titanium-containing blast furnace slag has antibacterial property.The solid phase synthesis method with a V2O5 doping ratio of 15%has the most obvious antibacterial effect on Escherichia coli(ATCC25922).
