Experimental study on coke size reconstruction of petroleum coke breeze
The particle size reconstruction experiment of petroleum coke breeze was carried out with low ash binder,and the influence of binder dosage,water dosage and particle size distribution of the coke breeze on the experimental results was studied.Under the experimental conditions,the greater the amount of composite binder and water,the greater the falling strength of the green formed coke.The higher the amount of composite binder,the higher the particle stability of the calcined formed coke.The particle size distribution and water content of the coke breeze have little effect on the particle stability of the calcined formed coke.The physical and chemical indexes of the test anode prepared by adding 20%calcined formed coke have no significant differ-ence compared with the contrast anode.
