摘要

以氯化钙、硬脂酸、硫代硫酸钠、尿素作为造孔剂,利用占位法进行孔径为1~2 mm,孔隙率为60%、70%、80%球形孔泡沫铝的制备.对其孔结构(孔面积、孔圆形度)、压缩性能和吸能效果进行对比分析.结果表明:氯化钙-泡沫铝因其具备较好的孔结构,所表现出的压缩性能和吸能效果也更优异.

Abstract

Calcium chloride,stearic acid,sodium thiosulfate and urea were used as pore forming agents,and the pore size of 1~2 mm and porosity of 60%,70%and 80%spherical pore aluminum foam were prepared by the placeholder method.The porous structure(pore area,pore roundness),com-pression performance and energy absorption effect were compared and analyzed.The results showed that calcium chloride-aluminum foam exhibited better compression performance and energy absorption effect due to its better pore structure.
