贵州某高硫铝土矿浮选脱硫提质试验研究

本试验以贵州某高硫铝土矿为研究对象,进行了矿石性质分析及条件试验研究.考察了磨矿细度、抑制剂用量、活化剂用量、捕收剂用量、起泡剂用量对浮选指标的影响.试验结果表明,磨矿细度(即-0.074 mm粒级所占百分含量,下同)为75%,抑制剂用量2 000 g/t,活化剂用量100 g/t,捕收剂用量800 g/t,起泡剂用量为捕收剂用量1/3,通过"一粗三精三扫"工艺,可以得到产率为86.35%、S含量为0.45%的铝精矿,能够满足氧化铝生产工艺要求.
Experimental study on flotation desulfurization and quality improvement of a high-sulfur bauxite in Guizhou province
This experiment takes the high-sulfur bauxite in Guizhou as the research object,and carries out the ore property analysis and condition test study.The effects of grinding fineness,inhibitor dosage,activator dosage,collector dosage and foaming agent dosage on flotation index were investigated.The test results show that the fineness of bauxite grinding is 75%(percentage represented by-0.074 mm particle size,the same hereinafter),the a-mount of inhibitor is 2 000 g/t,the amount of activator is 100 g/t,the amount of collector is 800 g/t,and the amount of foaming agent is 1/3 of the a-mount of collector.Through the process of"one coarse,three fine and three sweeping",the aluminum concentrate with a yield of 86.35%and S content of 0.45%can be obtained.It can meet the requirements of alumina production process.
