挤压变形对5083无缝管显微组织与力学性能的影响

采用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、室温拉伸实验分析了 5083无缝管不同位置的显微组织与力学性能,研究了无缝管挤压的不均匀变形对显微组织和力学性能的影响.实验结果表明:无缝管挤压的不均变形对显微组织有显著的影响,表层为完全再结晶组织,T/4和T/2位置以变形组织为主,只发生部分动态再结晶;外侧T/4和中心T/2位置的织构类型基本一致,外侧T/4位置的织构强度显著高于中心T/2位置;T/4和T/2位置的拉伸力学性能基本一致.
Effect of extrusion deformation on microstructure and mechanical properties of 5083 seamless tube
The microstructure and mechanical properties of 5083 seamless tube at different positions were analyzed by optical microscope,scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffractometer and room temperature tensile test.The influence of non-uniform deformation due to extrusion on the microstructure and mechanical properties was studied.Experimental results show that the non-uniform deformation of seamless tube extrusion has significant influence on the microstructure,the surface layer is completely recrystallized,the T/4 and T/2 positions are dominated by deformed structures and show partial dy-namic recrystallization,the texture types of T/4 and T/2 positions are basically the same,the texture strength at T/4 position is significantly higher than that at T/2,the tensile mechanical properties of T/4 and T/2 positions are basically the same.
