摘要

参照铝电解质中氧化铝浓度测定方法,通过试验建立了用氯化铝溶解氟化盐,灼烧称重的方法进行测定铝电解炭渣中碳含量的检测方法.经过与高频红外碳分析法测定结果比对验证,此方法准确、可靠、经济,能有效指导铝电解生产.

Abstract

Referring to the method for determining alumina concentration in electrolyte,a detection method for determining the carbon content in aluminum electrolytic carbon slag was established through experiments,which involves dissolving fluorides with aluminum chloride,burning and weighing.Com-pared with the results measured by high-frequency infrared carbon analysis,this method is accurate,reliable and economical,which can effectively guide aluminum electrolytic production.
