Low-temperature flue gas waste heat power generation system for aluminum hydroxide calciner
This paper briefly introduces a waste heat utilization system-low-temperature flue gas waste heat power generation system for the low-tem-perature flue gas generated during the production of alumina by aluminum hydroxide calciner. This system utilizes the organic Rankine cycle principle to convert some of the heat energy in the flue gas into electrical energy. The low-temperature flue gas of a 4 000 t/d calciner can generate approximately 741.7 kW power per hour. The economic value and social significance of this waste heat utilization system are analyzed to provide reference for industry practitioners to determine economically feasible waste heat utilization plans for aluminum hydroxide calciner.
