摘要

国内早期电解铝烟气净化系统存在反吹风除尘器压差高、氧化铝积料、管道冲刷严重、反应器效率低、系统电耗高等问题.本文通过结合电解铝烟气最新净化技术以及早期净化系统实际问题,以国内某电解铝厂节能改造项目为案例,研究节能改造技术应用难点与节能效果.

Abstract

In the early gas treatment centre(GTC),there were problems such as high pressure difference of the reverse blowing duster,alumina deposit,pipeline erosion,low reactor efficiency and high system power consumption.In this paper,the application difficulties and energy-saving effects of energy-saving transformation technology are studied by combining the latest purification technology of GTC and the practical problems of early GTC,taking the energy-saving transformation project of a domestic aluminum smelter as a case.
