420 kA铝电解槽生产3N铝实践

本文通过对比分析某企业420 kA电解槽原铝产品各杂质元素含量与3N铝产品需求成分的差距,分析铝电解生产流程中各环节带入杂质来源情况,并针对杂质来源提供了采用普通铝电解槽直接生产3N铝的改进措施,成功生产出质量稳定的3N铝产品.
Practice of producing 3N aluminum in 420 kA aluminum reduction cell
In this paper,the differences in the content of various impurity elements in the primary aluminum products of a 420 kA aluminum reduction cell of an aluminum enterprise are compared and analyzed versus the required composition of 3N aluminum products.Based on this,the sources of impurities introduced into each step of the aluminum electrolysis production process are analyzed.In view of the source of impurities,this paper proposes an improve-ment measure for the direct production of 3N aluminum by ordinary aluminum reduction cell,thus successfully producing 3N aluminum products with sta-ble quality.
