500 kA铝电解槽绿色低碳复合阴极技术集成工业试验研究

某企业500 kA铝电解槽通过采用"CompoGX"技术并集成阳极组合节能技术,开展节能技术集成工业试验研究.试验结果表明:试验槽炉底压降为196 mV,槽平均电压为3.858 V,电流效率为93.5%,铝液直流电耗达到12 297 kWh/t-Al,节能减碳效果显著.
Integrated industrial experimental research on green and low carbon composite cathode technology in 500 kA aluminum reduction pot
The integrated industrial experimental research has been carried out on 500 kA aluminum reduction pot in an aluminum smelter by adopting"CompoGX"technology and integrating anode combination energy-saving technology.The experimental results show that the cathode voltage drop of the test pot is 196 mV,the average voltage of the pot is 3.858 V,the current efficiency is 93.5%,the DC power consumption of the liquid aluminum reaches 12 297 kWh/t-Al,and the energy-saving and carbon reduction effect is remarkable.
