摘要

植物油和矿物油作为TiCl4除钒效果较好的有机物,在钛白粉和海绵钛行业应用广泛.本文通过大量的实验研究发现,7#、8#、9#矿物油和进口植物油在加入量低于0.07%时,可把VOC13除去,且植物油的除钒效果更快更好.但应用到生产中时,由于植物油主要成分为不饱和脂肪酸,含有氧元素,因此生产的海绵钛氧含量偏高.但钛白粉行业对氧无要求,因此得出结论,在钛白粉行业,没有氧含量的要求,使用植物油除钒速率更快.而在海绵钛行业,氧碳作为杂质元素,对除钒油的要求更严格,因此在粗TiCl4除钒环节,选用除钒油加入量不超过0.07%,碳数分布最高为C30、闪点为200℃左右的7#矿物油除钒效果更佳.

Abstract

Vegetable oil and mineral oil,as organic compounds with good vanadium removal effect of TiCl4,are widely used in titanium dioxide and titani-um sponge industry.In this paper,through a large number of experimental studies,7#,8#,9# mineral oil and imported vegetable oil can remove VOCl3 when the addition amount is lower than 0.07%.Moreover,the vanadium removal effect of vegetable oil is faster and better.However when applied to pro-duction,because the main component of vegetable oil is unsaturated fatty acid which contains oxygen element,the oxygen content of titanium sponge pro-duced is high,but titanium dioxide industry has no requirement for oxygen,so it is concluded that the effect of using vegetable oil is better in titanium di-oxide industry,since it has no requirement for oxygen.However,in the titanium sponge industry,oxygen and carbon as impurity elements,the require-ments for vanadium removal oil are stricter.Therefore,in the vanadium removal process of crude TiCl4,7 # mineral oil has better vanadium removal effect,with no more than 0.07%vanadium removal oil,the highest carbon distribution of C30 and the flash point at about 200℃.
