At present,the quality requirements for carbon anode are becoming more and more strict in both of the domestic and foreign markets,while products that can't meet the requirements of homogenization are not popular among aluminum smelters,carbon anode producers are thus required to a-chieve homogenization in their production control.In this paper,the discussion was carried out based on the production practice of a company,from the two perspectives of process control and production management around the homogeneous production of carbon anode,and analysis was conducted one by one on the four key steps including the optimizing and stabilizing of raw materials,proportioning,forming and baking,with feasible measures put forward as well.
