摘要

针对铝电解烟气净化系统能耗高,排放达标难,劳动强度大等卡脖子问题,配合净化工艺新技术,研发了新型氧化铝料控除渣技术,水平重力溢流分料技术,新鲜循环氧化铝混合下料系统,实现氧化铝物料的自平衡分配;开发了多参数智能控制系统,在对净化系统进行自动监测、数据汇总及自动分析处理的基础上,自动判断系统运行情况,进行自动调整控制,实现了烟气与物料的自平衡分配与均匀混合、高效反应与低阻力分离,在有效提高烟气净化效率的同时,减少了系统能耗,降低了劳动强度.为电解烟气净化系统智能控制系统提供了技术方案.

Abstract

In response to the bottleneck issues of high energy consumption,difficult satisfaction of emission standards and high labor intensity in the alumi-num pot fume scrubbing system,and in conjunction with the new purification technology,we have developed a new type of alumina material control and slag removal technology,horizontal gravity overflow and separation technology,as well as a fresh circulation alumina mixed feeding system,thus realizing the self-balanced distribution of alumina material;A multi-parameter intelligent control system has been developed,which can automatically monitor,summarize data and analyze the scrubbing system.Based on this,the system's operation status is automatically judged,so automatic adjustment and con-trol are carried out,thus achieving self-balanced distribution and uniform mixing of fume and materials,highly-efficient reaction and low resistance separation.While effectively improving the pot fume scrubbing efficiency,it reduces system energy consumption and labor intensity,thus providing a tech-nical plan for the intelligent control system of the pot fume scrubbing system.
