摘要

铝电解烟气脱氟净化系统使用生产原料氧化铝吸附烟气中的氟化物,本文从铝电解烟气脱氟净化系统发展历程展开分析,计算得出目前铝电解烟气脱氟吸附后含氟氧化铝距氧化铝的饱和吸附值差距较大,通过理论分析得出:提高铝电解烟气脱氟净化系统的吸附效率的途径可通过延长氧化铝和气态氟化物的接触时间和提高两相的浓度差来实现,最后根据传质理论中的渗透理论基本原理提出一种铝电解烟气高效吸附净化技术.

Abstract

GTC of electrolytic aluminum uses alumina as production raw material to adsorb fluoride in flue gas.This paper analyzes the development process of GTC,the calculation shows that the saturation adsorption peak of fluorine-containing alumina after defluorination adsorption in aluminum elec-trolysis flue gas is relatively large compared to oxidation,based on theoretical analysis,it can be concluded that the way to improve the adsorption efficien-cy of GTC can be achieved by prolonging the contact time between alumina and gaseous fluoride and increasing the concentration difference between alumi-na and gaseous fluoride.Finally,based on the basic principle of permeation theory in mass transfer theory,a highly-efficient adsorption purification technology for aluminum electrolysis flue gas is proposed.
