摘要

本文分析了氢氧化铝气态悬浮焙烧炉在生产过程中,由于大气治理环保排放指标要求,焙烧炉除尘器需要达到超低排放的标准,否则无法评选环保A级企业,另外还会给生产企业带来无法避免的极板极线检修问题,使得生产不能稳定运行.本文借鉴长时间的设计及施工实践经验,分析问题出现的原因,提出了针对焙烧炉静电除尘器的一些应用问题,采用金属滤袋除尘器改造的具体处理方法,有利于焙烧炉稳定运行.

Abstract

This paper analyzes the production process of aluminum hydroxide gas suspension baking furnace,due to the requirements of environmental pro-tection emission indicators for atmospheric governance,the dust collector of the baking furnace must meet ultra-low emission standards,otherwise it can-not be selected as an environmentally-friendly A-level enterprise.In addition,it also brings unavoidable maintenance problems to polar plates and polar lines of the production enterprise,and makes the production unable to operate stably.Through long-term design and construction experience,the causes of problems are analyzed.Aiming at some application problems of electrostatic dust collector for the baking furnace,the concrete treatment methods of re-forming metal filter bag dust collector is put forward,which is beneficial to the stable operation of the baking furnace.
