Aiming at the control requirements of anode calcination process,this paper takes the control system upgrading of a domestic carbon plant phaseⅡ project as the main research object.Combined with the problems in phase I project and the characteristics of the S7-1500 system based on TIA portal,this paper also describes the hardware and software configuration and application of the new PLC system.
