摘要

某铝厂电解系列经技改升级后成为国内首个全系列使用石墨化阴极的240 kA电解系列.由于缺乏石墨化阴极电解槽运行的生产经验,因此出现了电解槽偏冷,工艺技术指标未达预期值.该厂工艺技术团队对系列电流、槽电压、铝水平、分子比等工艺条件进行试验研究,最终形成"四低一高"的工艺控制标准.通过执行该标准和精细化的生产管理,实现电解槽高效平稳运行.

Abstract

After the technological upgrading,one smelter has become the first 240 kA potline in China to use graphitized cathodes.At the initial stage of operation,due to the fact that the production experience of graphitized cathode aluminum reduction pots was lacking,so the aluminum reduction pot was cold and the process technical indicators did not reach the expected value.The process technical team of the smelter conducted experimental research on the potline current,pot voltage,metal level,molecular ratio and other process conditions,and finally formed the process control standard of"Four-low and One-high".Through the implementation of this standard and refined production management,the efficient and stable operation of aluminum reduc-tion pots was achieved.
