Aluminum smelting construction projects(hereafter referred to as"the Project")are susceptible to various risks caused by uncertainties during the implementation phase,which can lead to direct or indirect economic losses for the parties involved,particularly the construction subcontractors.This paper discusses the primary risks encountered during the construction phase of the Project,analyses these risks through actual cases,and assesses them u-sing empirical analysis methods.Targeted control measures have been effectively implemented,which has yielded positive outcomes.Conducting special-ized research on risk management enhances cost control,ensures project quality and schedule adherence,achieves zero accidents in project safety,and ensures that the overall project objectives can be reached.
