Preparation of chitosan blotting resin and adsorption of Bayer sodium aluminate solution vanadium
In the process of alumina production,Bayer sodium aluminate solution contains many dispersed valuable metals. If these valuable metals are re-cycled,it can reduce the waste of resources and improve the economic efficiency of production. In this paper, chitosan was used as raw material,vanadi-um ion as template ion,and a kind of imprinting resin was prepared by molecular imprinting technology and the quaternary amine group was grafted. The adsorption properties and mechanism of resin for vanadium in Bayer sodium aluminate solution were studied. The adsorption experiments showed that the adsorption capacity of the resin was 3.23 mg/g under the conditions of 25℃,10 g/L resin dosage and 40 min adsorption time. The experimental results showed that the adsorption process conformed to the quasi-second-order kinetic model, and the resin could selectively adsorb vanadium ions.
