Control and optimization of the baking process for 500 kA aluminum reduction cells
The baking quality of aluminum reduction cells mainly depends on the control of baking temperature,and the core is to control the uniformity degree and rising gradient of baking temperature.This paper expounds the baking process of 500 kA aluminum reduction cells in detail.By optimizing the process of the key elements such as coke hanging pole,charging,installation of shunt and soft connection,the uniformity degree of baking temperature and the rising gradient are significantly improved,the impact voltage is greatly reduced,the anode current distribution is more uniform,and the baking quality is effectively improved.
