Selection analysis on carbon calcination flue lining
In recent years,with the successful development and application of various new refractory and thermal insulation materials in the lining of calcination flue,the waste heat utilization of calcination flue gas is developing in the direction of higher efficiency,energy saving,light weight,simple construction,long service life and low cost.This paper compares and analyzes types,structures and parameters of various calcination flue lining materials in carbon industry.According to different construction conditions and production requirements,the basis and conclusion of flue lining material selection are listed,which provides important reference and design basis for engineering design and technical personnel of construction enterprises.
