富锂电解质硫酸浸出提取锂工艺研究

本文以宁夏自治区某电解铝厂铝电解质为原料,探寻酸浸的最佳条件为液固质量比2∶1(g)、反应温度90℃、反应时间150 min和硫酸浓度90%,锂提取率为56.11%.对最优条件下酸浸残存物和铝电解质原料的XRD图谱进行对比分析,揭示酸浸原理.通过数据拟合,得到铝电解质酸浸溶解率和锂溶解率的关系.
Research on the process of sulfuric acid leaching and extraction of lithium from lithium-rich electrolytes
This paper uses the aluminum electrolyte from an aluminum smelter in Ningxia Autonomous Region as raw material to explore the optimal conditions for acid leaching,namely the liquid-solid mass ratio of 2∶1(g),reaction temperature of 90℃,reaction time of 150 minutes and the sulfuric acid concentration of 90%.The lithium extraction rate is 56.11%.The comparative analysis is conducted on XRD patterns of acid leaching residues and aluminum electrolyte raw materials under optimal conditions to reveal the principle of acid leaching.By fitting the data,the relationship between the acid leaching dissolution rate of aluminum electrolyte and the lithium dissolution rate is obtained.
