摘要
目的：探讨 DN 排班模式与 APN 排班模式对儿科护士工作生活质量的影响。方法：对儿科护士实施 APN 排班和 DN排班，比较两种排班模式下 Brooks 护士工作生活质量量表（BQNW）得分。结果：DN 排班模式儿科护士 BQNW 得分高于 APN排班模式护士（P <0.05）。结论：DN 排班实现了连续性排班模式与护理层级管理的有机结合，优化病房护理人力资源管理，降低护士工作负担和风险，提高护士工作生活质量。
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the influence of DN scheduling model and APN scheduling model on the quality of work and life of nurses in the department of pediatrics. Methods:The APN and DN scheduling models were implemented in department of pediatrics and the scores of Brooks(BQNW)were compared between the two groups. Results:The scores of BQNW were higher in the DN scheduling model than those in APN scheduling model(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Application of DN scheduling model has realized the organic com-bination of the continuous scheduling model and nursing hierarchy management and the optimization of nursing manpower resources man-agement,and it can reduce the workload and risk of nurses and improve the quality of work and life of the nurses.
