Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention under nurse-family co-nursing principle in migraine patients.Meth-ods:A total of 128 patients with migraine were enrolled as the study subjects between January 1,2021 and January 1,2022.According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group and the observation group with 64 cases in each group. The con-trol group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given nurse-family co-nursing.The headache onset, psychological state by self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),coping styles by medical coping modes questionnaire(MCMQ)and quality of life by quality of life questionnaire(QLQ-C30)were compared between the two groups before and 1 month after intervention.Re-sults:After intervention, the severity, frequency and duration of headache onset were lower in both groups than those before intervention(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).After intervention, the SAS and SDS scores were lower than in both groups than those before intervention(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).After intervention, the scores of MCMQ facing dimension were higher in both groups than those before intervention(P<0.05).The scores of avoidance and yielding dimensions were lower in both groups than those before intervention(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.01).After intervention, the QLQ-C30 scores of role, cognition, body, society and emotion dimensions were higher in both groups than those before intervention(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Nursing intervention under nurse-family co-nursing principle can effectively relieve headache onset, improve psychological state, promote the positive coping style and improve quality of life in migraine pa-tients.
