Effect of Focused Solution Mode Combined with Positive Psychological Intervention on Self-efficacy and Negative Emotions in Patients with Subarachnoid Hemorrhage
Objective:To explore the effect of focused solution mode combined with positive psychological interventions on self-efficacy and negative emotions in patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage. Methods:A total of 100 patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage admitted from October 1,2020 to October 31,2022 were selected as the study subjects, and were divided into the control group and the study group by the random number ranking method with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given positive psychological intervention and the study group was given focused solution model combined with positive psychological intervention, both of which were intervened for 6 months. The self-efficacy by GSES,negative emotions by SAS and SDS,rehabilitation effect and complications in rehabilitation periods were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results:After intervention for 3 and 6 months, the GSES scores were higher in both groups than those before intervention(P<0.01),the SAS and SDS scores were lower in both groups than those before intervention(P<0.01),and better in the study than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention for 6 months, the rehabilitation effect was better in both groups than those before intervention(P<0.01,P<0.05),were better in the study group than that in the control group(P<0.05).The overall incidence of complications during rehabilitation was lower in the study group than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention for 6 months, the KPS,GOS,and ADL scores were higher in both groups than those before intervention period(P<0.05),and were higher in the study group than those in the control group after 6 months of intervention(P<0.01).Conclusion:Focused solution model combined with positive psychological interventions in patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage can effectively improve self-ef-ficacy.reduce negative emotions, promote recovery, and improve prognosis.
