Effect of Palliative Care Based on Humanistic Concept in Patients with Advanced Lung Cancer
Objective:To explore the effect of the palliative care based on humanistic concept in patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods:A total of 88 patients with advanced lung cancer admitted from January 1,2018 to January 31,2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were eandomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group car-ried out routine nursing intervention,and the observation group carried out humanistic concept of palliative care.Psychological resilience by Connor-davidson ResiLience Scale(CD-RISC),quality of life by Quality of Life Questionnaire(QLQ-C30),fatigue degree by cancer-related Fatigue(CRF)and quality of sleep by Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),The psychological resilience,quality of life,cancer-related fatigue and sleep quality of the two groups were compared on the day of admission and 1 day before discharge.Results:One day before dis-charge,the CD-RISC,QLQ-C30 and PSQI were higher in both groups than those on the day of admission(P<0.01,P<0.05),and higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01,P<0.05).One day before discharge,the CRF scores were lower in both groups than those in the control group on the day of admission(P<0.01),and lower in in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Palliative nursing with humanistic concept can improve the psychological state in patients with advanced lung cancer to the greatest extent,improve their sleep quality,and quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
