摘要
目的:探讨以诉求为策略溯源依据的健康教育模式对抑郁症(MDD)患者认知水平、情绪状态及依从水平的影响.方法:选取 2019 年 5 月 1 日~2021 年 5 月 31 日收治的 100 例MDD患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各 50例,两组均给予基础护理,对照组采用常规健康教育,观察组实施以诉求为策略溯源依据的健康教育;通过在院观察及跟踪回访,教育前、教育 7d 时,使用本院自拟的健康知识评定量表评价两组健康认知水平,使用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)及麦克格里尔抑郁心境量表(MADRS)评价两组抑郁情绪状态,采用治疗依从性评价量表评估两组治疗依从水平.结果:教育 7 d时,两组疾病认知各项指标评分均高于教育前(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);教育 7 d时,两组SCL-90、HAMD及MADRS评分均低于教育前(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);教育7 d时,两组各项治疗依从指标评分均高于教育前(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:以诉求为策略溯源依据的健康教育模式能提升MDD患者健康认知水平,改善其抑郁情绪状态,同时大幅度提高治疗依从水平.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of health education model based on appeal on the cognitive level,emotional state and compli-ance level in depression patients.Methods:A total of 100 depression patients admitted from May 1,2019 to May 31,2021 were divided into the control and the observation groups by the random number table method,with 50 cases each.All patients in both groups were given basic care,the control group was given routine health education,and the observation group was given health education based on the appeal as the strategy.Through the hospital observation and follow-up visit,in the patients' health education and health education 7 d,the health knowl-edge rating scale was used to evaluate health cognitive level,the symptom scale(SCL-90),Hamilton's depression scale(HAMD)and Mc-Grill depression mood scale(MADRS)were used to evaluate the depression state,and the treatment compliance evaluating scale was used to evaluate the level of compliance between the two groups.Results:On the 7 d of health education,the disease cognitive scores were higher in both groups than those before education(P<0.05),and higher iin the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).On the 7 d of health education,the SCL-90,HAMD and MADRS scores were lower in both groups than those before education(P<0.05),and low-er in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).On the 7 d of health education,the total treatment compliance scores were higher in both groups than those before education(P<0.05),and higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The health education model based on the appeal and tracing of the strategy can significantly improve the health cogni-tion level in depression patients,significantly improve their depression mood state,and greatly improve the level of treatment compliance.
