基于微信平台的闭环健康教育模式在门诊慢性前列腺炎患者中的应用

摘要
目的:探讨基于微信平台的闭环健康教育模式在门诊慢性前列腺炎患者中的应用效果.方法:选取 2020 年 6 月 1 日～2022 年 6 月 1 日在门诊收治的 96 例慢性前列腺炎患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为干预组和对照组各 48 例,对照组实施常规护理模式,干预组在对照组基础上实施基于微信平台的闭环健康教育模式;比较两组护理前后临床症状改善情况[采用前列腺炎症状指数(NIH-CPSI)]、疾病认知度、负性情绪[采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、自我效能和勃起障碍[采用一般自我效能感量表(GSES)和国际勃起功能问卷表-5(IIEF-5)]、生活质量[采用生活质量综合评定问卷(QOL)]、护理满意度.结果:护理后,两组GSES、IIEF-5、QOL评分均高于护理前(P<0.05),且干预组高于对照组(P<0.01);护理后,两组NIH-CPSI、SAS、SDS评分低于护理前(P<0.05),且干预组低于对照组(P<0.01);干预组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:基于微信平台的闭环健康教育护理模式可以改善慢性前列腺炎患者的临床症状,减轻患者负性情绪和勃起障碍,从而提升患者自我效能和生活质量.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of closed-loop health education mode based on Wechat platform in outpatients with chronic prostatitis.Methods:A total of 96 patients with chronic prostatitis admitted to outpatient department were enrolledas the study subjects and divided into the intervention group and the control group by the random number table method between June 1,2020 and June 1,2022,48 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the intervention group was given closed-loop health ed-ucation based on Wechat platform.Before and after intervention,improvement of clinical symptoms by prostatitis symptom index(NIH-CP-SI),disease cognition,negative emotion by Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),self-efficacy,erectile dysfunction by GSES and IIEF-5,quality of life by QOL and nursing satisfaction in the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the scores of GSES,IIEF-5 and QOL in both groups were lower than those before nursing(P<0.01).After nursing the scores of NIH-CPSI,SAS and SDS were lower in both groups than those before nursing(P<0.05),and those in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).And the nursing satisfaction was higher in the intervention group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The closed-loop health education mode based on Wechat platform can improve clinical symptoms,reduce negative emotion and erectile dysfunction,so as to improve self-efficacy and quality of life in patients with chronic prostatitis.
