Application of Computer Aided 3D Liver Reconstruction in Patients with Liver Cancer during Perioperative Health Education
Objective:To explore the effect of computer aided 3D liver reconstruction in patients with liver cancer during perioperative health education. Methods:A total of 100 patients who received radical resection of liver tumors from February 1,2020 to February 28,2023 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the research group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine perioperative health education. The research group used computer aided three-dimensional liver reconstruction technology to conduct perioperative health education. The health knowledge, mental state and stress response index levels of the two groups were compared before and after operation. Results:In the 1 h before surgery, the perioperative health knowledge questionnaire scores of liver cancer patients in both groups were higher than those in the next day after admission(P<0.05),the hospital anxiety and depression scale(HADS)scores were lower in both groups than those on the next day after admission(P<0.05).The preoperative 1 h health knowledge questionnaire scores were higher in the research group than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the HADS scores were lower in the research group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The overall analysis results of repeated measurements showed statistically significant differences in the inter group, time point, and interaction effects of norepinephrine(NE)(P<0.05).At 1 h before surgery,30 min after surgery, and 1 h after surgery, the NE and COR levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 1 h before surgery,30 min after surgery, and 1 h after surgery, the NE and COR levels in both groups of patients were higher than those on the day after admission(P<0.05).The levels of NE and COR in both groups of patients at 30 min after surgery were higher than those at 1 h before surgery(P<0.05).After 1 h of surgery, the levels of NE and COR in both groups of patients were lower than those at 30 min after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of computer aided three-dimensional liver reconstruction technology in assisting perioperative health education can effectively improve the health knowledge in patients with liver cancer, improve their negative mental state, and reduce physiological stress reactions in liver cancer patients.
