双向三级联动管理模式在新入职护士规范化培训中的应用

目的:探讨双向三级联动管理模式在新入职护士规范化培训中的应用效果。方法:采用整群抽样法选取 134 名新入职护士;将 68 名 2019 年新入职护士作为对照组,采用岗前培训和临床轮转的传统培训方式;将 66 名 2020 年新入职护士作为干预组,在传统培训方式的基础上应用双向三级联动管理模式开展规范化培训。分析比较两组新入职护士规范化培训结束时理论和操作成绩、床旁综合能力、核心胜任力和培训满意度。结果:规范化培训前,两组护士理论和操作成绩、核心胜任力评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0。05);培训结束后,两组护士的理论成绩和操作成绩、核心胜任力均高于培训前(P<0。05),且干预组护士理论成绩、床旁综合能力、核心胜任力和培训满意度均优于对照组(P<0。05)。结论:双向三级联动管理模式有助于改善新护士规范化培训满意度,提高新入职护士的临床实践能力和核心胜任力,并帮助新入职护士树立正确的专业价值观。
Application of Bilateral Three-Level Management Model in Standardized Training for New Nurses
Objective:To explore the application effect of bilateral three-level management model in standardized training for new nur-ses.Methods:By cluster sampling,a total of 134 newly recruited nurses were selected.The 68 newly recruited nurses in 2019 were taken as the control group,received routine clinical rotation and training.The 66 newly recruited nurses in 2020 were taken as the intervention group,received bilateral three-level management based on the control group.The scores of theoretical and skills,bedside nursing compre-hensive ability,core competence and training satisfaction were analyzed and compared at the end of their training.Results:There was no significant difference between two groups in theoretical and skill scores as well as core competence(P>0.05).After the training,the scores of theoretical and skills as well as core competence were significantly higher than those before training(P<0.05).Furthermore,for the new nurses in the intervention group,the scores of theoretical,bedside nursing comprehensive ability,core competence and training satisfaction were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bilateral three-level management mode can help to improve the training satisfaction of new nurses,improve their clinical ability and core competence,and further help them to establish valuable professional values.
