Application of Bilateral Three-Level Management Model in Standardized Training for New Nurses
Objective:To explore the application effect of bilateral three-level management model in standardized training for new nur-ses.Methods:By cluster sampling,a total of 134 newly recruited nurses were selected.The 68 newly recruited nurses in 2019 were taken as the control group,received routine clinical rotation and training.The 66 newly recruited nurses in 2020 were taken as the intervention group,received bilateral three-level management based on the control group.The scores of theoretical and skills,bedside nursing compre-hensive ability,core competence and training satisfaction were analyzed and compared at the end of their training.Results:There was no significant difference between two groups in theoretical and skill scores as well as core competence(P>0.05).After the training,the scores of theoretical and skills as well as core competence were significantly higher than those before training(P<0.05).Furthermore,for the new nurses in the intervention group,the scores of theoretical,bedside nursing comprehensive ability,core competence and training satisfaction were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bilateral three-level management mode can help to improve the training satisfaction of new nurses,improve their clinical ability and core competence,and further help them to establish valuable professional values.
