Effect of ERAS Nursing Based on MDT on Nursing Effect and Complications in PCNL Patients
Objective:To explore the effect of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)nursing based on multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment model(MDT)on the nursing effect and complications in undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL)patients. Methods:A total of 40 patients with PCNL admitted from January 1,2019 to September 30,2020 were selected as the control group, and routine nursing was adopted during the perioperative period.Forty PCNL patients admitted from October 1,2020 to May 31,2022 were selected as the ob-servation group, and use ERAS nursing based on MDT during the perioperative period. The nursing effect and complications of the two groups were compared. Results:The awareness rate of health education in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the first postoperative exhaust time, the first ambulation time and hospital stay were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.01).The complications such as postoperative infection, bleeding and peritoneal effusion in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The medical experience in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:ERAS nursing based on MDT can accelerate the postoperative rehabilitation of PCNL patients, reduce postoperative complica-tions to a certain extent and improve the medical experience of patients.
