医护一体化护理联合个性化营养干预在近端胃癌患者中的应用

目的:探讨医护一体化护理联合个性化营养干预在近端胃癌患者中的应用效果.方法:将 2020 年 7 月 1 日～12 月 31日收治的 70 例近端胃癌患者随机分为对照组和观察组各 35 例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组采用医护一体化护理联合个性化营养干预,比较两组胃乏力发生率、胃肠功能指标、营养状况、免疫功能、生活质量[采用生活质量核心问卷(QLO-C30)]及护理满意度.结果:观察组术后胃乏力发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组胃肠功能指标、营养状况、免疫功能均优于对照组(P<0.01),QLO-C30 各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.01),护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:对近端胃癌患者实施医护一体化护理联合个性化营养干预,可促进胃肠功能恢复,增强免疫功能,改善营养状况,提高生活质量和护理满意度.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of integrated nursing combined with personalized nutrition intervention in patients with proxi-mal gastric cancer.Methods:A total of 70 patients with proximal gastric cancer admitted from July 1 to December 31,2020 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given integrated nursing combined with personalized nutrition intervention.The incidence of gastric weakness,gastro-intestinal function,nutritional status,immune function,quality of life by QLO-C30 and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of postoperative gastric anaesthesia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the gastrointestinal function,nutritional status and immune function in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.01),the QLO-C30 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01),and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of integrated nursing combined with personalized nutrition intervention in patients with proximal gastric cancer can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,im-prove their immune function,nutritional status and quality of life,and provide patients with high nursing satisfaction.
