Effect of Multi-level Holistic Intervention Based on Analysis of Potentially Risky Behaviors in Patients with Schizophrenia
Objective:To explore the effect of multi-level holistic intervention based on analysis of potentially risky behaviors in patients with schizophrenia. Methods:A total of 92 patients with schizophrenia who were treated in the hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table meth-od with 46 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention while the observation group was given multi-level holistic intervention based on analysis of potentially risky behaviors on the basis of the control group. The auditory hallucination symptom by psychotic symptom rating scales(PSYRATS-AH)and beliefs about voices questionnaire-revised(BAVQ-R),self-acceptance by safety atti-tudes questionnaire(SAQ),sleep quality by pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),social function by social disability screening schedule(SDSS)and occurrence of risky behaviors were compared between the two groups of patients. Results:After nursing intervention, the scores of PSYRATS-AH in both groups were lower(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in cognitive belief of auditory hallucination between the two groups(P>0.05).Af-ter nursing intervention, the scores of SAQ were lower in both groups(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of PSQI and SDSS in the two groups were lower, and the scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rates of risky behaviors in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multi-level holistic intervention based on analysis of poten-tially risky behaviors can improve the auditory hallucination symptom in patients with schizophrenia, enhance the self-acceptance and sleep quality, reduce the occurrence of risky behaviors, and promote the recovery of patients.
