Application of Contract Continuation Management in Patients after Total Hip Arthroplasty
Objective:To explore the application effect of contract continuation management in patients after total hip arthroplasty.Meth-ods:A total of 100 patients after total hip arthroplasty from February 1,2019 to December 31,2021 were selected and were randomly divid-ed into the control group and the observation group with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine discharge continuation management intervention, and the observation group added contracted continuous management. The hip function by harris hip function scale, daily life activity ability by Barthel index scale, and pain scores before and after nursing,3 d after surgery,5 d after surgery and be-fore discharge by visual analog scale(VAS)were compared between the two groups. Results:After nursing, the joint pain, functional chan-ges,deformity and joint mobility were higher in both groups than those before nursing(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing, the Barthel scores were higher in both groups than those before nursing(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The pain repetition test variance data be-fore operation, before operation,3 d and 5 d after operation discharge in the two groups showed statistical significance(P<0.01),and the pain in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:After total hip arthroplasty, the contracted continuous management intervention can improve their recovery of joint function, reduce pain, and improve their daily living activity.
