Application of Hierarchical Psychological Support and Chemotherapy Management Flow Sheet in Breast Cancer Patients Undergoing Chemo-therapy
Objective:To explore the effects of hierarchical psychological support combined with chemotherapy management flow sheet on patients with breast cancer.Methods:A total of 90 breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy from January 1 to December 31,2021 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into control group with 48 cases and experimental group with 42 cases.Both groups were given routine nursing,the control group was given the chemotherapy management flow sheet,and the experimental group was given hierarchical psychological support combined with chemotherapy management flow sheet.The chemotherapy compliance,gastrointesti-nal reactions,psychological status by self-rating depression scale(SDS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),revised Piper Fatigue Scale(RPFS)and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The chemotherapy compliance rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the gastrointestinal reaction was better than that of the control group(P<0.01).After intervention,scores of SDS,SAS and RPFS in both groups were decreased(P<0.05),which were lower in experimental group than those of the control group(P<0.01).The nursing satisfaction in experimental group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hierarchical psychological support combined with chemotherapy management flow sheet has good application effect in patients undergoing chemotherapy for breast cancer,which can effectively relieve chemotherapy-induced gastrointestinal reactions,improve the psy-chological state,and improve the chemotherapy compliance and nursing satisfaction.
