摘要
目的:探讨护患沟通技巧联合心理护理在肺功能检查患者中的应用效果.方法:选取 2020 年 1 月 1 日～2022 年 12 月1 日 109 例行肺功能检查患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组 54 例和研究组 55 例,对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施护患沟通技巧联合心理护理;比较两组检查时间、肺通气完成情况,护理前后心理状态[采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、肺功能[包括第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、FEV1/FVC%]、生活质量[采用生命质量测定量表(QLQ-C30)]及护理满意度.结果:研究组检查时间、肺通气完成率优于对照组(P<0.01);护理后,两组SAS、SDS评分低于护理前(P<0.05),且研究组低于对照组(P<0.01);护理后,两组FEV1、FEV1/FVC%、QLQ-C30 评分均优于护理前(P<0.05,P<0.01),且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:将护患沟通技巧联合心理护理应用于肺功能检查患者中,可有效缩短检查时间,提高肺通气完成率,改善患者负性情绪和肺功能,从而提高生活质量和护理满意度.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of nurse patient communication skills combined with psychological care in patients undergoing pulmonary function examination.Methods:A total of 109 patients who underwent pulmonary function examinations from January 1,2020 to December 1,2022 were selected as the study subjects and were randomly divided into the control group of 54 cases and the study group of 55 cases.The control group received routine care,while the study group received communication skills and psychological care.Com-parison was made between the two groups on the examination time pulmonary ventilation completion,psychological status before and after nursing by the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS),pulmonary function including FEV1,FEV1/FVC%,and quality of life by Quality of Life Measurement Scale(QLQ-C30),as well as patient nursing satisfaction.Results:The examination time and the completion rate of lung ventilation in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of both groups were lower than those before nursing(P<0.05),and those in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).After nursing the FEV1,FEV1/FVC%and QLQ-C30 in the two groups were higher than those be-fore nursing(P<0.05,P<0.01),were significantly higher in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfac-tion in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of nurse patient communication skills and psychological care can effectively shorten the examination time,improve the completion rate of lung ventilation,improve negative psycho-logical emotions and lung function,improve quality of life and patient care satisfaction in patients undergoing lung function examination.
