基于扎根理论的心理护理教育在乳腺癌化疗患者植入式输液港管理中的应用

目的:探讨基于扎根理论的心理护理教育在乳腺癌化疗患者植入式输液港管理中的应用效果。方法:选取 2019 年 1 月1 日~2022 年 1 月 31 日收治的 100 例乳腺癌化疗患者为研究对象,均植入植入式输液港,随机分为观察组和对照组各 50 例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用基于扎根理论的心理护理教育;比较两组干预前后心理状态[采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)]、生活质量[采用乳腺癌患者生命质量测定量表(FACT-B)],并发症发生情况,护理满意度。结果:干预后,两组SCL-90 评分低于干预前(P<0。05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0。05,P<0。01);干预后,两组FACT-B评分高于干预前(P<0。05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0。01);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0。05),护理满意度高于对照组(P<0。05)。结论:将基于扎根理论的心理护理教育用于乳腺癌化疗患者植入式输液港管理中,可改善患者的心理状态,提高其生活质量、护理满意度,减少并发症的发生。
Application of Psychological Nursing Education Based on Grounded Theory in the Management of Implantable Infusion Port for Breast Cancer Chemotherapy Patients
Objective:To study the application value of grounded theory-based psychological nursing education in the implantable infu-sion port management of patients undergoing breast cancer chemotherapy.Methods:A total of 100 breast cancer chemotherapy patients trea-ted from January 1,2019 to January 31,2022 were selected as the study objects,all of whom were implanted into the implantable infusion port,and randomly divided into the observation group and control group with 50 in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given grounded theory-based psychological nursing education.The psychological state by Symp-tom Checklist-90(SCL-90),quality of life by Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Breast(FACT-B),incidence rates of complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups of patients.Results:After intervention,the SCL-90 scores in both groups were lower than before intervention(P<0.05),and the scores in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the FACT-B scores were increased in the two groups(P<0.05),and the scores were higher in observation group than those in control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was lower compared to control group(P<0.05),and the nursing satis-faction in observation group after intervention was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of grounded theo-ry-based psychological nursing education in the management of implantable infusion port in patients with breast cancer chemotherapy can im-prove the psychological state of patients,improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
