Objective:To explore the application effect of collaborative seamless full term nursing model on patients undergoing endo-scopic gastric polypectomy.Methods:Eighty patients who underwent endoscopic gastric polypectomy from March 1,2021 to March 31,2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received a collaborative seamless full term nursing intervention on the basis of routine care.Both groups received nursing until discharge and were followed up for 3 months.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Result:The hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.01).After nursing,the scores of the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than before nursing(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.01).The quality of life score and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The collaborative seamless full term nursing model applied to patients undergoing endoscopic gastric polypectomy can effectively alleviate their anxiety,depression,and other negative emotions,reduce the incidence of post-operative complications,improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
