Effect of Staged Demand Satisfaction-Based Multidisciplinary Collaborative Intervention on Cognition Degree,Negative Emotions and Coping Styles of NSCLC Patients
Objective:To explore the effect of staged demand satisfaction-based multidisciplinary collaborative intervention on cognition degree, negative emotions and coping styles in patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods:Ninety-five patients with NSCLC treated from September 1,2022 to March 31,2023 were divided into control group(n=47)and observation group(n=48)by com-puter random allocation method. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given staged demand satisfac-tion-based multidisciplinary collaborative intervention based on routine nursing. Both groups were continuously intervened for 8 weeks. The scores of cognitive function by Chinese version of Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Cognitive Function(FACT-Cog),negative emo-tions by Profile of Mood States(POMS),coping styles by Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire(MCMQ)and quality of life by Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Lung Cancer(FACT-L)were compared between both groups of patients before and after intervention.Re-sults:After intervention,FACT-Cog scores in both groups were higher than before intervention(P<0.05),and the scores of observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).After intervention,POMS scores in both groups were lower than before interven-tion(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.01).After intervention, the MCMQ scores in both groups were higher than before intervention(P<0.05),the avoidance and yield scores were lower than before intervention(P<0.05),and the ob-servation group was better than the control group(P<0.01).After the intervention, the FACT-L score of the two groups was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Staged de-mand satisfaction-based multidisciplinary collaborative intervention has positive significance in improving cognitive function, alleviating negative emotions, enhancing coping styles and increasing quality of life in patients with NSCLC.
