Effect of Pulmonary Rehabilitation Training Program Combined with Self-Regulation Theory on COPD Patients under 5A Nursing Model
Objective:To explore the intervention effect of pulmonary rehabilitation training program combined with self-regulation theory under 5A nursing model in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:All 140 patients with COPD treated from January 1,2020 to December 31,2021 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into the control group and the observation group with 70 cases in each group by using the propensity score. The control group was intervened by self-regulation theory, and the observation group was given a pulmonary rehabilitation raining program under the 5A nursing model based on the control group. The pulmonary function indexes by forced vital capacity(FVC)and forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),exercise endurance by 6-minute walk test(6MWT)and respiratory status by Modified Medical Research Council(mMRC)of the two groups were compared before and after 12 weeks of nursing.Self-care ability by exercise of self-care agency(ESCA)scale and quality of life by The Short-Form 36(SF-36)were compared in both groups at before nursing,4 weeks,8 weeks, and 12 weeks after nursing. Results:After 12 weeks of nursing,FVC,FEV1,6MWT and mMRC in both groups were higher than those before intervention(P<0.05),and these scores in observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).After 4,8 and 12 weeks of nursing, the ESCA and SF-36 scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01),there were time effects, intergroup effects and interaction effects(P<0.01).Conclusion:The combination of pulmonary rehabilitation training program and self-regulation theory under 5A nursing model can improve lung ventila-tion,exercise endurance,self-care ability and quality of life.
